1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to qqclub, an online entertainment platform operated exclusively to serve the needs of Malaysian players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and all services provided by qqclub.

By clicking "Register", "Login", or by using qqclub's services in any way, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and qqclub.

2Membership Eligibility

Qqclub's services are open only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Is an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of a third party.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country where online gambling activities are prohibited under local law.
• Never had a qqclub account that was closed or suspended due to a terms violation.
• Not currently subject to an active self-exclusion under any responsible gaming programme.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at qqclub. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. qqclub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts found and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid payment method. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and official communications.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email.

The KYC verification process requires you to submit a valid proof of identity such as a MyKad, passport, or other recognised travel document. This is required before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested again periodically for compliance purposes.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Qqclub supports a variety of secure and trusted local payment methods. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Deposits are typically processed within seconds, while withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes upon completion of verification.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the member's own name. qqclub does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 and may be adjusted based on your membership level. Any different limits will be stated in your account panel.

5Bonus & Promotion Rules

Qqclub offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, deposit bonuses, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to a rollover/wagering requirement as stated in the respective promotion's terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be directly cashed out, and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Qqclub reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse, fraud, or attempts to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Any bonus-related disputes must be submitted to the support team within 7 days from the date the promotion ends.

6Game Rules

All games on the qqclub platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a third-party body. This ensures every game outcome is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated. Live Casino results are determined in real time by a live dealer, witnessed as it happens.

7Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqclub platform and may result in account closure, balance freezing, and legal action:

• Opening or using more than one account.
• Using a false identity or another person's identity during registration or KYC.
• Cheating, colluding, or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using bots, automation software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Transferring funds between member accounts to circumvent bonus requirements or for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other players.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Qqclub reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to violations, account balances may be frozen pending an internal investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid balance remaining after voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal within 3 to 5 business days, subject to the completion of all applicable wagering requirements.

9Liability Limits

Qqclub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of this platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

This platform is provided "as is" and qqclub makes no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. We will make every effort to minimise system downtime and will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance.

10Terms Amendment

Qqclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.
